May 27, 2020 in Closing More Board of Finance Meeting May 28th click here May 22, 2020 in Government More In consideration of the public health emergency that presently exists, and Executive Orders issued by Governor Lamont, the Board of Selectmen, at our meeting of 5/4/2020, unanimously voted to suspend the 2020 Memorial Day parade and the celebration in Pompey Hollow Park following. The teams that do the flag placements in our cemeteries will do so and branch of service flags will be displayed at the Ashford Veterans Memorial located on Tremko Lane. On Memorial Day itself, an Ashford veteran has volunteered to place the wreath at the memorial.
